When looking at the mound of paperwork and information involved in a purchase these days, it can be a little daunting. Tori goes over the disclosures, explains what they mean, checks for "red flags", and finds answers to any unanswered questions you may have. Questions, questions, questions! There are dozens of questions, even with the most seemingly simple transaction: Who takes care of repairs? What does As-Is mean? Which items should we worry about?
